No office should be all work, no play. Your employees will start to feel very dull indeed and no one will want to come in to do their jobs each day. Invest in a pool table, hole-in-one golf game or even a pinball machine for the staff break area. The Electric Works building in Sheffield has a helter skelter from the top of the building to the reception area and all employees say that one or two rides a day increases their morale significantly.
