Then later, I spoke with another company. The nice lady client did rumble off a few correct statements but most of her SEO knowledge was purely imagined and very incorrect. I felt sorry for the nice lady; however, I did not know how to approach her. I needed to let her know she was clearly wrong in her assessment of her SEO strategies.
